Bounce Mania Operational Rules and Terms of Agreement

  • No insurance is provided. Customer assumes full responsibility.
  • Customer agrees to ensure that an adult, capable of understanding rules and operating procedures, will be operating moonbounce.
  • Moonbounce can turn over in high winds. If winds approach 25 mph, the moonbounce will be deflated immediately after having children exit.
  • Remove all sharp objects such as eyeglasses, keys, etc., before entering moonbounce.
  • Remove shoes before entering moonbounce.
  • No food or drink is allowed in or near moonbounce.
  • Moonbounce is to always remain free of litter, trash and debris.
    • A $50.00 fee will be charged if moonbounce is not clean when rental time is over.
  • No wrestling, somersaults or flips.
  • No more than 5 children are allowed in the moonbounce at a time if they are between the ages of 3, 4, and 5 years old.
  • Children are separated by size and weight when operating moonbounce.
  • If moonbounce starts to deflate, calmly unload children.
  • No foreign objects should be in or around the moonbounce to enforce safe play and stop children from tumbling out of the entryway.
  • Adults should ALWAYS be at entrance of moonbounce to enforce safe play and to stop children from tumbling out of the entryway. You agree to ensure adult is capable of understanding rules for operating moonbounce properly.
  • Moonbounce is slippery when wet and should never be operated when wet. If it begins to rain, children will be removed from moonbounce and play will only resume when moonbounce is completely dry.
  • Keep spectators at least five feet away from exterior of moonbounce as children inside can fall into nets and hit heads with spectators.
  • To avoid electric shock and deflation of moonbounce, all persons must keep away from moonbounce blower and cords.
  • Do not allow children to hold onto or hang on the moonbounce nets as this may rip a hole in the unit.
  • It should be made known to all children and their parents or guardians that injuries are possible when playing on inflatable devices. If there is any medical reason that a participant should not partake in an active game such as the moonbounce, please do not participate. Although an operator is present to monitor play, they can only help prevent injuries, not stop them.
